The statement includes reports of alleged "unstable" behavior by Nick at a gathering held by Conan O'Brien on the night before the bodies were found. While the source said they were not in a position to confirm whether Rob had "scolded" his son at the party, they asserted that suggestions of a "major confrontation" between the two were untrue.
